Return and exchange policy:
• You can request a return or exchange of the product within 7 days from the date of receipt, provided:
• The product is in its original packaging from the factory.
• The product is unused and undamaged.
• It contains all labels, fastening straps, accessories, and the user manual.
• If you are not satisfied with the product, you can submit a return request through:

• Your request will be processed within 24 working hours.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted in the following cases:
• Products that show scratches or damages.
• Products that have malfunctioned due to use of incorrect electrical voltage.
• If the complete original packaging is not available, we reserve the right to refuse the request.
Upon receipt:
Please ensure:
• The model of the product matches what is written on the box.
• The product is undamaged or unopened.
• The packaging is undamaged or unopened.
• No complaints regarding model differences or external damage will be accepted after signing for receipt, except in cases of:
• Manufacturing defect (according to the terms and conditions).
Refunds:
Shipping cost is non-refundable.
Returning the product within Riyadh city:
100 riyals upon receipt of the order from the customer.
Free when the customer’s order is delivered to one of our showrooms.
Returning the product from outside Riyadh city (after issuing a shipping waybill):
100 riyals for purchases valued at 999 riyals or less.
14% of the purchase value for orders worth 1000 riyals or more.
In case of hidden damage:
• We must be notified within 24 hours of receiving the product.
• After 24 hours, we will not be responsible for compensation or replacement, especially if the product is out of stock.
